Both of Carpe Diem’s restaurants are led by Executive Chef Vassilis Zacharakis, who since 1998, has influenced Santorini’s culinary scene unlike anyone else.

Having previously owned and/or led many successful restaurants, such as Selene Meze, Nychteri, Assyrtico and Perivoli, he invites you to Carpe Diem to experience first hand an incredible journey through the tradition, heritage and unique volcanic terroir of Santorini.
